VENDOR INFO

  • VENDOR Spaces are 10’ x 10’.  OKC Pride will mark out, number, and assign vendor spaces.

 

  • Vendor will set up within marked space.  Vendor will provide their own tent, table, chairs, etc.  Tents must be weighed down to prevent it from flying away in Oklahoma wind.

 

  • Student priced vendor spots are available to collegiate and below, public and private, student groups.

 

  • Artist priced vendor spots are available for local and regional artists who make and sale their own original art.   If you produce multiples of the same item, this isn’t the category for you.  The FESTIVAL CHAIR will make the final decision if there is any confusion on the matter.

 

  • Non-profit vendor spots are available to any group recognized by the state of Oklahoma and/or the federal government as not for profit, etc.

 

  • Political candidates and office holders may request a Political Vendor spot.

 

  • All other vendor spots are Commercial spots.

 

  • No Vendor may sell any type of beer, wine, or liquor.

 

 

  • Pricing for vendor spots.

 

  • Student - $75

  • Artist - $150            

  • Non-Profit - $150

  • Political - $300

  • Commercial - $300

 

  • If your vendor set up doesn’t fit into our traditional vendor spot, contact us for pricing and availability.

 

  • Vendors will be able to load in by car on Friday morning (June 3, 2022).  They must enter westbound on NW 39th Street at Pennsylvania Avenue.  They will check in and be able to take their vehicle directly to their spot.  This is designed for a 30 minute or less unloading of their vehicle, which will then need to be parked outside of the barricades.  Load in/set up by vehicle will occur from 8AM – 11AM ONLY. 

 

  • Vendor sign up is for all three days of the Festival.  There is no partial sign up.

 

  • Festival/Block Party is open:

 

  • Friday, June 3, 2022    2PM – 12AM

  • Saturday, June 4, 2022 12PM-12AM

  • Sunday, June 5, 2022 12PM- 12AM

 

  • Vendors are expected to be open:

 

  • Friday, June 3, 2022    2PM–8PM

  • Saturday, June 4, 2022 12PM-8PM

  • Sunday, June 5, 2022 12PM-8PM

 

  • There are limited vendor spots that may have basic lighting available (not full electric).  Vendors in these spots may stay open after 8 PM if they wish.  (Lighting availability for vendors will be greatly expanded in 2023).

 

  • The use of a generator is not generally allowed.  There are exceptions to this.  FESTIVAL CHAIR approval needed for all generators in festival, food court areas, etc.

 

  • Security will be on hand, to include overnight.  While all parties want to keep all property safe from theft, neither OKC Pride nor the Security Company are responsible for vendor merchandise and property.  

 

  • All vendors are responsible to maintain their own sales records and pay the sales tax and income tax to the appropriate government agency for sales at their vendor booth.


Shut down and load out of vendor spaces will start after the Parade on Sunday, June 5, 2022.  This is approximately 8 PM. Load out will occur by hand and vendor carts.  Vehicles will not be allowed on 39th Street to load directly to your car from vendor spots.  If you need assistance, please ask, we will do our best to help.
